Stakeholder Relations Coordinator Job

\

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

\

The Stakeholder Relations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the company presents a professional and consistent image to all visitors, employees, contractors, and consultants. This includes coordinating tours and stakeholder events, providing customer and client welcoming services, and managing meeting room bookings as required.

\

The successful candidate will have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and initiative along with organisational and problem-solving skills. They will also have experience in executive support/co-ordination, events management, project management or marketing.

\

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the organisation. The Stakeholder Relations Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Communications Manager - Maritime to ensure that key messages are presented clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders.
