Job Title: Support Ambassador

About the Role:

As a Support Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, responsible for greeting and managing queries. You will cover the front desk and main phone line during business hours, preparing offices prior to check-in and taking inventory upon check-out.

You will also prepare and distribute promotional materials and partnership news to guests and potential members. Additionally, you will assist in highlighting operations and maintenance issues, manage relationships with vendors, coordinate with other teams and Building Management for various tasks, and manage keys and fobs.

Furthermore, you will order consumables and operating supplies with approval from Centre Management, submit receipts for expense reports, and daily receive, log, and distribute mail and courier on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage walk-in queries and leads, escalating to the relevant Centre Manager or taking ownership to convert into deals
  • Solve member-related issues or escalate to Centre Manager when necessary
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, including ordering food and beverages
Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to maintain accurate records.

Additionally, you will have experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role, and possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
