
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Professional to join our teams, working with top brands and providing exceptional experiences for customers.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a professional approach, passion, and positive attitude, reporting directly to the Service Manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences with high levels of professionalism and build strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Evaluate and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Communicate openly with customers on the progress and servicing of their vehicles
- Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date to provide accurate advice and pricing to customers
- Resolve complaints and escalate to the Service Manager as needed
Essential Skills:
- Previous service experience is highly desirable, but any customer-facing experience will be considered
