As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main contact between the dealership and customers, responsible for the repair and maintenance of their vehicles.
The ideal candidate will possess a professional approach, passion, and positive attitude that provides an exceptional experience for our customers. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this will be a fast-paced and dynamic position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with internal and external customers
- Manage time efficiently to meet service deadlines and prioritize important tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed about the progress and servicing of their vehicle
- Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date to provide on-the-spot advice and accurate pricing to customers
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues to the Service Manager as needed
Previous Service Advising experience is highly desirable, but any customer service experience will be considered. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
