Customer Service Specialist

At Officeworks, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team across various departments. This role requires the ability to provide expert advice to customers on a wide range of products and services.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a strong focus on teamwork. They will also be flexible with their availability and able to work across a variety of operating hours, including weekdays, weekday evenings and weekends.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit us. You will work closely with the team to achieve this goal, using your skills and expertise to provide solutions to customers' needs.
