Peak Trade Team Member

We're seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Peak Trade Team Members. This is a great opportunity to create, support and contribute to a high-performance culture that ensures our customers have a fantastic shopping experience in our stores.

  • Interact with customers to assist them with their purchases.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional in-store service for our customers.
  • Perform customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about home appliances and consumer electronics, enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated, customer-focused and results-driven, and able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.

Key Qualifications:
  • Able to work the peak period from September to February.
  • Availability to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
