About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our dynamic team in Toowoomba. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on a wide range of products and services, operating as a proud brand ambassador and working closely with the team to ensure great customer service is always delivered.

  • You possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable multitasking.
  • You have a positive attitude and are able to maintain a high level of energy throughout your shift.
  • You are flexible and able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends to meet our customers' needs.
