We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial professional to support all commercial aspects of contracts and relationships for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing Commercial Advice: Ensure contract deliverables are met and provide expert guidance on commercial matters.
- Contract Administration: Lead tasks to ensure adherence to program schedules and quality reporting.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to manage commercial outcomes.
- Commercial Risk Management: Communicate program risks, commercial obligations, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Lessons Learned Implementation: Implement lessons learned from completed projects to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a complex commercial setting.
- A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in a commercial, legal, or business advisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and developing complex contracts, including resolving difficult issues to achieve positive commercial outcomes.
- Experience in drafting agreements and managing commercial risk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities with limited direction, and build strong business relationships.
