Job Overview

The company is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to work closely with the CFO and key stakeholders.

This role suits someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys variety, and brings strong commercial thinking to support both operational and strategic decision-making.

  • Lead month-end reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Support feasibility studies, cost-benefit reviews, and viability modelling
  • Provide financial modelling support for tenders, business cases, and new initiatives
  • Contribute to budgeting, planning, and long-term forecasting
  • Oversee key finance processes and support continuous improvement
  • Mentor financial admin staff and support internal financial controls

Key qualifications include:

  • CPA or CIMA qualified (or working towards it)
  • Strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis
  • Proven ability to interpret data, model trends, and support commercial decisions
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards or Dynamics (or a willingness to learn)
