Strategic Partnerships Manager

This role requires an expert in corporate development to coordinate strategic transactions, including acquisitions and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, and commercial due diligence.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's strategic objectives and identify potential opportunities for growth through partnerships and acquisitions.
- Conduct thorough commercial analysis and financial valuations to assess the feasibility of proposed transactions.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports to senior management and the board of directors on the merits of proposed transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transaction agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Transaction Planning: Develop and implement plans for strategic transactions, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Commercial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive commercial analyses and financial valuations to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present clear, concise reports to senior management and the board of directors on the merits of proposed transactions.
- Transaction Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transaction agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 6+ years experience in corporate development, commercial, strategy, consulting or similar fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, finance, law or related field.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills and strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build strong external and internal relationships.
