Senior Lawyer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our Legal Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law and excellent communication skills.
This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can provide expert legal advice on complex agreements and transactions. Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders is essential.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years' post-admission experience or equivalent in a general or commercial practice. Previous in-house experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
The role reports to the Principal Lawyer, Legal Services.
About the Role:
- Provide expert legal advice on commercial agreements and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience or equivalent in a general or commercial practice.
- Proven track record of providing expert legal advice in complex commercial settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
