Our organisation is seeking a Charitable Donations Specialist to lead and grow our individual giving program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, including digital and regular giving initiatives.

You will have a strong focus on supporter-centric approaches to generating income and engaging donors. Your primary goal will be to drive strategic and operational excellence across individual giving channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and address gaps in funding and support for children's health initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, including digital and regular giving initiatives.
  • Manage a team and external partners to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Your Ideal Background

  • Qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a related role, preferably in fundraising or non-profit management.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns.
