Fundraising Administrator - Supporter Care

Job Description

This is a dynamic role within our Fundraising, Marketing and Communication team. As a Fundraising Administrator - Supporter Care, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate donor-centred support.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of key stakeholders and make a meaningful contribution to the achievement of desired outcomes across fundraising operations.

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience is required. Previous experience in the oversight of donation processing and reconciliation is also essential.
