Volunteer Retail Assistant Job Description

We are seeking compassionate individuals to contribute to our store operations as a Volunteer Retail Assistant.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive shopping experience.
    • Assist with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
    • Support the Donor Care program, receiving donated goods and ensuring proper handling.
    • Process donated goods, assessing their condition and suitability for sale.
    • Stock and display items on the sales floor, maintaining a neat and organized presentation.
    • Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety in the workplace.

Requirements: Friendly attitude, positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, integrity and honesty.
