The role of Secure Night Operations Manager is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our residents. You will be responsible for managing night shift operations, including guest services and smooth operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting nightly financial audits
  • Verifying guest accounts, resolving discrepancies, and generating reports
  • Ensuring premises security, monitoring CCTV, and addressing emergencies
  • Coordinating with other departments for smooth communication

You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly.

In this role, you will work on a rotating roster, typically from 11pm – 7am. This is a casual position, ideal for those who enjoy working non-traditional hours.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/operations
  • A strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities

You will also require Working with Children Check (WWC) and Police Check upon appointment.
