We're seeking an experienced Cyber Resilience Strategist to join our Technology team, reporting directly to the CIO. This is a critical leadership position that requires strong expertise in cyber security and resilience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our IT and OT environments, sponsoring our large-scale cyber program, and leading the development of our cyber security strategy and risk management processes.

You'll collaborate across the organisation, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to embed cyber security and resilience into every aspect of our business operations.

Your success in this role will come from your ability to inspire and guide your team to reach their full potential, ensuring consistency, service excellence, and alignment with our core values and broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Cyber Security and Resilience team to drive strategic priorities and build a collaborative culture.
  • Develop and implement cyber security strategies, policies, and risk management processes.
  • Oversee the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and manage cyber security incidents.
  • Develop and maintain cyber security standards and practices.
  • Safeguard our critical information and technology assets by developing systems and processes for risk management and monitoring threats.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or Business Management.
  • Strong knowledge of laws, policies, and standards applicable to information and cyber security for critical infrastructure providers.
  • Significant experience in cyber leadership roles managing complex and diverse cyber security and resilience functions.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain Cyber Security Management Systems in complex organisations.
