About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Loss Team as a Loss Prevention Officer in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in reducing shrinkage by detecting and deterring theft, ensuring efficient and compliant loss prevention activities, and supporting the Selling & Service Team Members in delivering service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the achievement of store's financial imperatives and strategic objectives
  • Advocate and action national shrinkage reduction tactics
  • Educate retail team members on Loss prevention strategy, focuses, actions, results, and processes
  • Maintain building and team security including providing a visible Loss Prevention presence and utilisation of store technology (CCTV, merchandise protection, source tagging, etc.) and other related activities
  • Conducting Loss Prevention and Compliance checks
About You

We are looking for candidates who hold a current Security License and First-aid Certificate, have experience relative to loss prevention, security, and customer service, and possess a Certificate II in Security Operations. You should also have understanding and application of policies and procedures, experience with computer applications, numeracy skills with understanding of financials, and understanding of Police procedures.
