About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Lease Administrator to join our Leasing & Asset Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lease administration workflow, providing support to the Asset Management team, and ensuring the smooth flow of the lease administration process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lease administration workflow from HOA stage to lease commencement
  • Review and analyze Bank Guarantee and Insurance documents
  • Negotiate leases with clients and vendors
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Assist in asset meetings and provide lease administration updates to the Asset Management team
  • Monitor and track legal fees associated with lease administration
  • Utilize salesforce management tools to streamline lease administration processes

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in lease administration across commercial leases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
