About Us:

The Role:

  • This position comes with an above award wage, based on experience and qualification.
  • The service has a structure including a Service Director, team leaders, deputy team leaders and educators.

About You:

  • You should hold a Diploma in Early Education and Care.
  • You must have a current WWVP card, First Aid and CPR certification.
  • You need a strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators with the support and guidance of our service director.
  • BUILD strong relationships between children, families and team members.
  • Ensure children's wellbeing is at the centre of everything we do.
