Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with young people, guardians, and allied health professionals
  • Maintain professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
  • Use internal client management systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young people and children
  • Experience leading and managing diverse teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changes in work demands
  • NDIS Worker orientation module
  • Current ACT Drivers License
  • Current Driving history record
  • Current Police check or willingness to obtain one
  • Current WWVP card
  • Current First Aid certificate with CPR certificate

Desirable Skills:

  • Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Diploma in Community, Youth work or relevant industry experience
  • Medication Administration Training Certificate
  • Cultural Awareness Training Certificate
  • Youth Mental Health First Aid Certificate
  • Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Training Certificate
