Job Title: Residential Care Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our residential care home.
- To manage and coordinate the daily care and support of resident young people.
- To create and support a therapeutic living environment within the home.
- To provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff in the care and management of each young person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective management of daily operations.
- Care coordination for residents.
- Therapeutic environment creation and maintenance.
- Leadership and staff supervision.
Requirements:
- Tertiary level qualifications.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations in residential settings.
- Previous leadership experience and staff supervision (preferably in residential care).
- Valid driver's license.
