As a Senior Leadership Figure, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of Therapeutic Care Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement trauma-informed best practices in daily interactions with young people and care teams.
  • Support care teams to work collaboratively with young people and their families.
  • Monitor and maintain physical, emotional, cultural, psychological, and moral safety of children and young people.
  • Supervise ITC Care Teams in delivering day-to-day operations.
  • Support and lead care teams in assessing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing plans to enable children or young people to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in culturally sensitive practice with Aboriginal people, families, and communities.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and young people who have complex care needs.
  • Proficiency in NSW Child Protection legislation and PSP standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of intergenerational trauma and culturally safe practice principles.
