Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our leadership team at our new centre in Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a new journey with us, leading a team of educators to create a child-centred curriculum that provides high-quality care and ensures children's health and safety.

As a member of our leadership team, you will enjoy building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, developing and implementing creative early learning programs, documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development, and growing professionally in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

To be considered for this role, you will have a Diploma in Children's Services, prior experience in long day-care, sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF, and a current Working with Vulnerable People's Check.

The successful applicant will be a leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care and education to young children, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

This is a full-time position that involves working closely with fellow educators and the Centre Manager to develop and implement creative early learning programs, document and share with families in their children's learning and development, and grow professionally in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
