As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims in accordance with brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will have accurate data entry skills and be able to maintain valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted.

Automotive experience is preferred but not essential, as we are looking for individuals who can adapt to our processes and systems.

We value knowledge of automotive warranty claims guidelines and previous warranty claim experience is also advantageous.

The role entails reconciling monthly claims and submitting transport and hidden damage claims. You will also ensure clear direction on factory policy decisions are adhered to at all times.
