Warranty Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our team within the automotive industry.

This is a challenging role that requires strong administration skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. As our client's key liaison with suppliers and manufacturers, you will be responsible for navigating warranty claims from submission to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in handling warranty claims, possess a systematic approach to problem-solving and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

The successful applicant will work closely with the accounting department to reconcile warranty receivables and secure payments. They will also coordinate with parts suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely shipment and resubmission of parts for warranty claims.
