Job Description

The successful candidate will play a vital role in processing warranty claims for dealers and service departments globally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate and efficient handling of warranty claims and forms.
  • Reviewing and processing claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintaining warranty documents to prevent potential issues.
  • Preparing precise and detailed warranty documentation.
  • Submitting and following up on claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Staying updated on notifications and recalls to maintain product quality.
  • Coordinating parts orders for dealers to meet their needs.
  • Ensuring accuracy of compliance certificates.
  • Reporting product issues to management for prompt action.
  • Building strong relationships with customers for enhanced satisfaction.
  • Liaising with suppliers and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Claiming expenses for faulty equipment to minimize losses.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior warranty experience, preferably in marine, caravan, or automotive industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Hubspot, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate task completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer and colleague interactions.
  • Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • A high level of commitment and focus to deliver results consistently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks.
