As a Management Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, leading and motivating a team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include staff training and development, inventory control, and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. Additionally, you will work closely with the management team to drive sales, resolve customer issues, and implement operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Develop and implement effective staff training programs
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs
  • Work closely with the management team to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent customer service skills
