We seek an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our client's prestigious project in Kingscliff. The ideal candidate will have a stellar track record in luxury apartment construction and possess exceptional leadership skills.

  • Orchestrate all on-site operations, overseeing every facet of the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and stringent quality standards.
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
  • Harness expertise in cutting-edge site management software to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and track project milestones with precision.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in townhouse construction, showcasing a proven track record of success in delivering high-calibre residential and multi-storey building projects.

**Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion within set deadlines.

Budgeting: Create and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.

Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project.

**Requirements:

  • Possession of an active QBCC Supervisor's License.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in overseeing multi-storey building projects.
  • Proficiency in advanced site management software.

  • Proven leadership acumen, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
