Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at Burger Urge Windsor. This is a full-time position that requires a hands-on individual with exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing inventory and scheduling staff
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
  • Lead by example, motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve high standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
