Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including beers, wines, and spirits.
  • Promote and upsell relevant products to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg) and reach for stock.
