Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at The Talent Mill, a boutique recruitment consultancy specializing in the fashion, lifestyle, and retail industries.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience to take their career to the next level. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team across various functions, including web, social media, PR, email, content, and creative campaigns.

You will work closely with our Founder and Marketing Team to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and maintain Shopify and Klaviyo platforms to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Create compelling visual content using Canva that resonates with our target audience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, particularly with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Canva.
  • Experience or strong interest in the fashion industry.
  • Pas sion for creating memorable marketing experiences for customers.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
