Chief Early Years Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, meeting financial targets, and exceeding National Quality Standards.

About the Role- Manage the operational aspects of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceeding quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and local communities through partnerships and strategic marketing efforts.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
- Current Working with Children's Check
