Centre Director

About the Role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage operations of the Centre/s meeting company policies, compliance, and financial targets.
  • Build connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, to increase occupancy.
  • Mentor centres to Meet/Exceed National Quality Standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Director role.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience achieving targets and meeting safety standards.
