We are seeking a skilled and experienced early learning professional to take on a leadership role in our centre.
About this OpportunityThe Lead Centre Professional will be responsible for leading the centre team, driving continuous improvement, and inspiring and motivating staff to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to support the centre director in leading the team.
- Mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team.
- Being responsible for the overall management of the centre in the centre director's absence.
