Job Description- Support the team in providing high-quality early learning and care.
- Lead by example and inspire your centre team to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll collaborate with us, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
In this role, you will:
- Work alongside our Centre Director to support our centre and team.
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
- Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.

- Receive at least 7% above the award rate.
