Disability Reform Manager

This is a critical role in the implementation of Disability Inclusion Reform, overseeing recruitment, training and quality assurance of facilitators.
About the Role- The successful candidate will collaborate with the Victorian Government Department of Education to ensure the rollout of the Disability Inclusion Profile across all Victorian government schools.
- This involves identifying emerging opportunities, improvements and enhancements relevant to delivering high-quality facilitator services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities and an in-depth knowledge of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria.
About You- You are a degree-qualified Teacher with extensive experience in inclusion or specialist education.
- You have 10+ years of experience working in/with schools.
- You excel at building positive team cultures, supporting team members and enhancing individual skills.
- You possess strong project management abilities and are skilled in developing high-quality written materials collaboratively.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confidently engaging with diverse stakeholders.
