Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive sales expert to join our team in Geelong. As a key member of our expanding business, you will be responsible for leading the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Geelong and the Surf coast region.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties
- Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
- Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
- Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
- Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and commercially astute approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with diverse stakeholders
- A willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
