About the Opportunity
We are seeking a professional to manage a portfolio of commercial and health businesses in Geelong. This role involves building strong connections with business owners, understanding their financial needs, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of your customers' businesses and financial needs
- Drive growth through acquisition, increasing market share and referrals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, structure, and execute deals
- Proactively manage credit and operational risks
What You'll Bring
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services
- Ability to assess, advise, and approve credit worthiness and suitable credit structuring options
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and other banking products
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiency and create value
