Job Opportunity

We are seeking to increase our team of assessors who conduct vocational assessments of individuals with disabilities.

The opportunity is well-suited for professionals who can work in conjunction with their business or other part-time work, requiring flexible availability to suit the needs of those being assessed.

Training and accreditation in assessment tools will be provided, along with an induction, ongoing professional development, and support.

About You
  • A Diploma or higher qualification in a field relevant to occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, or allied health services is required.
  • Minimum 2 years' practical experience in disability employment or related sectors is necessary.
  • Excellent assessment and report writing skills are essential.
  • Strong computer skills and interpersonal skills are required.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate with various stakeholders, including clients and employers, is also necessary.

Program Overview

Ongoing Support Assessments (OSAs) determine the level of ongoing support needed by participants to maintain their employment.

The Supported Wage System (SWS) Assessment evaluates the productivity of individuals with disabilities working in the open labor market.
