- Human Resource Management: Ensure the implementation of appropriate human resource management policies, programs, and strategies to foster a productive and cooperative working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality education by implementing assessment and evaluation strategies, monitoring academic progress, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Industry and Community Relations: Develop and enhance relationships with major industries, government agencies, and employer groups, and communicate information to stakeholders to position the institution as a leader in learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Academic Qualifications: An undergraduate degree in Adult or Vocational Education, and a Diploma in Management (Min AQF5) or a Graduate Certificate in Management Or Undergraduate degrees in both Adult or Vocational Education and Management Undergraduate Degree and formal Post Graduate qualifications in Adult or Vocational Education and Management
- Strategic and People Leadership: Proven experience in successfully leading a large team, educational operations management experience, strong knowledge of educational best practices and current trends, excellent industry and government stakeholder partnering skills, strong financial acumen, project management, and strategic thinking experience, trade or relevant professional qualifications and experience, highly refined interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, demonstrated ability to develop and implement educational strategies
