As a Vocational Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their return-to-work journey.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a diverse team environment, driving positive outcomes for injured workers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting vocational assessments across various injured workers' portfolios;
- Supporting injured workers to return to new employment following injury or illness;
- Interacting and building relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, and internal stakeholders to drive positive outcomes;
- Maintaining an external focus on market dynamics and emerging labour trends;
- Managing relationships with key Return to Work Providers;
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Rehabilitation Consultant (with relevant professional membership);
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and strategic thinking abilities;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach;
- Strong local labour market knowledge;
- Ability to work within a collaborative team environment with strong customer service skills;
