Vocational Training Sales Specialist

As a Sales Professional for our organization's Vocational Training, Milwaukee division, you will play a key role in executing innovative sales strategies to convert existing facilities to our brand across all product categories.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets, working closely with vertical specialists to ensure mission alignment.
- Regularly report progress on achievements against planned strategies.
- Collaborate with the Channel Managers to implement user-focused channel marketing strategies.
- Represent the company's brand at sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's competency framework and be willing to learn and develop accordingly.
Requirements:
- Trade experience and general knowledge of power tools.
- 1 year sales experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Full driver's license with a good driving history.
