Customer Service Retention Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from members who have cancelled or indicated they wish to cancel with the aim to retain their business.
Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating members needs are understood and handled. Work towards KPIs and service targets and ensure adherence to compliance.
