Our eCommerce group provides friendly voice support to business customers. As an eCommerce specialist, you will understand the unique needs of our customers and work to find them a solution. We're looking for someone with flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime when needed.

The role includes understanding eCommerce products, making quick decisions under pressure, and supporting merchant technical personnel. You will also advise merchants on implementation practices and address specific issues.

We prioritise customer experience and solve their needs. If you have optimised documentation skills, API experience, and exceptional problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you.

You will work within Payment Acceptance, supporting customers to operate and grow their business through innovative payment solutions. The eCommerce Product Team is accountable for developing and optimising online acquiring solutions.
