Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised HR Coordinator with an interest and experience in systems and reporting to join our team on a contract basis.

  • Provide first level query-based support and advice to employees and managers on HR processes, policies and systems;
  • Deliver end to end Onboarding activities including compliance checks and contract administration;
  • Data entry and management of employee records in HRIS - validation, letter generation and document management;
  • Support with project deliverables, training and change management activities;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities and process documentation updates;
Key Responsibilities
  • Qualifications in Human Resource Management or related field;
  • Demonstrated experience in a broad HR administration role – experience in a shared services environment advantageous;
  • Strong analytical skills – previous experience in reporting analytics beneficial;
  • Understanding of employment legislations and awards with previous experience in interpreting HR policies within a set framework;
  • Highly developed communication skills with a strong customer service and delivery focus;
