We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to spearhead our policy and impact initiatives.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is designed for an exceptional communicator who can develop and implement effective strategies to drive real-world impact across diverse audiences.

  • Develop compelling content across various formats, including internal updates, policy submissions, academic papers, media releases, blog posts, briefing documents, opinion pieces, talk tracks, social media content, speeches, and videos.
  • Build and manage strategic campaigns that translate big ideas into inspiring programs and narratives, driving meaningful engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead communications for our philanthropic endeavors, including annual reports, event communications, media outreach, community engagement, and thought leadership.
  • Support our presence at global events like Davos, TED, and UNGA, organizing stakeholder engagement, and assisting spokespeople with messaging, speeches, and toolkits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex technical or academic material into clear, engaging content for varied audiences.
  • Foster relationships with media, community stakeholders, and academic audiences.
  • Partner with internal communications, external communications, and public policy teams to ensure our storytelling is aligned, impactful, and thoughtful.
