Job Title: Credit Policy Review Specialist

 

  • Conduct thorough credit analysis for each brand to identify gaps between the current Unsecured Credit Policy and Responsible Lending Policy requirements.
  • Develop recommendations based on the background of the variance, operational impact, key controls, and a thorough justification for updates (or not).
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure there are appropriate controls in place to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Knowledge & Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Credit Risk and Credit Policy Review or similar, preferably in Consumer Banking.
  • Strong understanding of ASIC Responsible Lending Guide RG 209 and the NCCP Act .
  • Team-oriented with a strong delivery focus.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to manage concurrent tasks/projects.
  • Strong written and communication skills, especially when dealing with stakeholders across different levels.
