Job Description:

We're a dynamic team seeking an experienced People Experience Specialist to drive our people and culture initiatives forward.

In this part-time role (3-4 days per week), you'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall experience.

As an integral member of our Strategic Team, you'll be responsible for various tasks including managing HR system data input and reporting, payroll preparation, gathering employee feedback, and implementing HR best practices.

You'll also assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, publish job ads, manage communication through our applicant tracking system, and set up desks, laptops, and software accounts for new hires.

Additionally, you'll ensure the office is a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment by coordinating staff travel and travel diaries, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

With your excellent communication skills and bubbly personality, you'll build rapport with colleagues and foster a culture of fun, positivity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own HR system data input and reporting
  • Assist with payroll preparation
  • Gather employee feedback for quarterly review sessions
  • Manage new and renewal contract creation
  • Stay up-to-date with Fair Work Australia policies and visa processes
  • Support managers with HR-related issues and initiatives
  • Implement HR best practices and continuously improve processes
  • Run quarterly eNPS surveys and report findings to the Strategic Team
  • Manage the employee exit process and feedback loop for continuous improvement
  • Publish job ads and liaise with recruiters
  • Manage communication through our applicant tracking system
  • Set up desks, laptops, and software accounts for new hires
  • Run induction sessions to introduce new colleagues to our culture and values
  • Coordinate staff travel and travel diaries
  • Ensure the office is a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment
