Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Projects Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships between employers and employees, implementing projects across the business to mitigate risk and support compliance related to employment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to design and implement effective change initiatives and project manage ER programs according to agreed delivery methods.

About The Role

You will work within a small team of three, designing and ensuring the implementation of change initiatives resulting from changes in enterprise/collective agreements, employment agreements, and policies.

Your responsibilities will also include project management of ER programs according to agreed delivery methods, people engagement practices, and monitoring quality assurance through reporting, tracking, risk identification, and management.
