Internal Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Internal Communications Coordinator to play a key role in employee engagement through the creation of meaningful internal communications and leading people centred projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and distribute internal communications, including weekly employee newsletters, regular updates, and targeted communication pieces.
  • Develop and implement effective internal communications strategies that align with our organizational goals and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging internal communications campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain internal communications channels, including company intranet sites and social media platforms.
  • Provide project support and assist with Employee Engagement surveys, Graduate Program, and Mentor Program.
  • Develop and maintain calendars of work and manage employee data to inform the work we do.

  • Ability to collaborate and partner with a wide range of stakeholders.
